Estate Planning, Administration and litigation, and Commercial litigation
Anita Fulwiler O'Meara concentrates on providing estate planning and probate services throughout Southeaster Pennsylvania, including Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, and Montgomery, counties, with a focus on preservation of assets and values, legacy planning and ensuring the wishes of her clients are faithfully carried out in the future. She accomplishes these goals by homing in on the important and sometimes difficult questions to ask, listening for a thorough understanding of your concerns, predicting potential conflicts and anticipated needs, and crafting a plan to address them all.
Through her diverse practice representing individuals, families, and business interests in a broad range of legal matters, she has developed a wealth of understanding and appreciation for the need to identify and foster that which is unique about each client and their desires for their future and that of their loved ones.
Anita is a proud member of Wealth Counsel (Formerly Elder Counsel), a nationwide collaborative community of like-minded professional estate planning, elder law, and business law attorneys dedicated to sharing their knowledge, experiences, and resources, for the ongoing development and enhancement of estate practice services. Her membership also provides The O'Meara Law Firm, PC, and her clients the peace of mind of utilizing a secure cloud-based platform for preserving client records and communications.
As a longtime resident of Chester County, Anita is the proud parent of three remarkable sons, and her dog, Jaxophene (Jax for short). She actively participates in community activities and causes, including her church and many Coatesville area initiatives.
