Anita Fulwiler O'Meara has over 25 years of experience handling a wide range of civil disputes in federal and state courts. She has successfully litigated cases in Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Berks and Lancaster counties. In her diverse practice she has served as counsel for builders, subcontractors, nursing homes, doctors and nurses, as well as litigants in asbestos litigation,
commercial, consumer and insurance coverage disputes. She is also experienced in Estate Planning, as well as business organization and consulting. For nearly 10 years, Ms. O'Meara served as in-house
trial counsel for two major casualty insurance carriers, representing their customers in a wide range of litigation matters. She has given numerous presentations to insurance company representatives
and their policy holders, including seminars and workshops to claims professionals, construction site operators, and health care and risk management professionals.
Ms. O'Meara currently resides in rural Chester County, where she lives with her husband and three sons. She is committed to her community through involvement in the schools attended by her children, and as an active member of Our Lady Of Consolation Parish, Parkesburg, PA.Bar Admissions:

Ms. Beaver has been the independent owner of DAB Paralegal Services, Inc. for 6 years, providing a wide variety of independent paralegal support services to law firms and corporations.
Ms. Beaver has a wealth of Defense Litigation Experience for a national casualty insurer for its staff counsel operations. In this position she participated in pre-trial litigation through investigation, correspondence, pleadings, discovery and witness preparation and trial litigation.
Her past experience includes Operations Manager of a national behavioral staffing company with 201-500 employees where she supervised the day-to-day operations of the behavioral health care staffing teams. Prior to becoming Operations Manager she served as Corporate Paralegal for the company for over 5 years. Her duties included business organization, drafting shareholder and board minutes for the company’s affiliates and drafting various human resource materials; representation of the company and its affiliates in Unemployment and Workers Compensation Hearings; as well as being responsible for litigation management and independent contractor management for the company and its affiliates.
